Tricia serves as a Senior Operations Administrator. Prior to joining Madison, Tricia worked at CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services in Dubuque, IA. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a B.A. in economics and business administration with a marketing emphasis.
