Sarah serves as Madison’s Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Madison, Sarah was the Director of Human Resources for a technology start-up in Madison. A North Dakota native, Sarah was the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources for Target in North Dakota. She has over 15 years of human resources and leadership experience. Sarah holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and English Writing from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
